Welcome to MyBuddyHome. These Hotel Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations and stays at MyBuddyHome, Mokattam, Cairo, Egypt.

By submitting a booking request or confirming a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.

1. About MyBuddyHome

MyBuddyHome provides furnished accommodation designed primarily for long-term stays of 30 nights or more.

Guests have a private accommodation space and access to designated shared facilities. Shared facilities may include the kitchen, salon and outdoor terrace.

The outdoor terrace and Pyramid-view areas are shared spaces and are not private to individual suites.

2. Minimum Stay

MyBuddyHome accepts stays of at least 30 consecutive nights.

Reservations shorter than 30 nights are not accepted.

A reservation of more than 30 nights is permitted subject to availability.

3. Booking Requests

A booking request is not necessarily a confirmed reservation until MyBuddyHome has confirmed it.

Depending on the booking method, confirmation may be provided through the website, email, WhatsApp or another communication method provided by MyBuddyHome.

Guests must provide accurate contact and booking information.

MyBuddyHome reserves the right to request additional information reasonably required to process or confirm a reservation.

4. Guest Information

The person making the reservation is responsible for providing accurate information for themselves and all guests staying at the property.

Guests may be required to provide identification or other information where required by applicable Egyptian laws and regulations.

5. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in and check-out times will be communicated to the guest before arrival.

Guests must follow the agreed check-in and check-out arrangements.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may not always be possible.

If a guest remains in the accommodation beyond the agreed departure time without prior approval, additional charges may apply.

6. Accommodation

Guests are responsible for treating their private room, furniture, appliances and all shared areas with reasonable care.

The accommodation is provided for residential and personal use during the booked stay.

Guests must not use the property for unlawful activities or activities that may disturb other residents, guests or neighbors.

7. Shared Facilities

MyBuddyHome includes shared facilities intended for use by residents and guests.

These may include:

• Shared kitchen
• Shared salon
• Outdoor terrace
• Outdoor furniture
• Shared Pyramid-view area

Shared facilities are used by multiple residents and guests.

Guests are expected to clean up after themselves and leave shared spaces in a reasonable condition for other residents.

Availability of particular shared facilities may occasionally be affected by maintenance, cleaning, repairs or circumstances outside MyBuddyHome's reasonable control.

8. House Rules

Guests must respect other residents, guests, staff and neighbors.

Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, harassment, illegal activities or behavior that creates a safety risk is not permitted.

Guests must follow the property's House Rules, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Visitors and Additional Guests

Guests may not allow additional people to stay overnight without prior approval from MyBuddyHome.

The number of overnight guests must not exceed the occupancy limit of the booked suite.

Visitors may be subject to reasonable house rules and identification requirements.

10. Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation unless a specifically designated smoking area has been provided.

Guests are responsible for complying with any additional smoking restrictions communicated by MyBuddyHome.

11. Pets

Pets are only permitted where expressly approved by MyBuddyHome in advance.

Guests must not bring an animal to the property without prior approval.

12. Damage and Loss

Guests are responsible for damage caused to the accommodation, furniture, equipment or shared facilities through their actions or negligence, beyond reasonable wear and tear.

Guests may be charged for reasonable repair or replacement costs resulting from such damage.

Guests are also responsible for their personal belongings.

MyBuddyHome is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

13. Cleaning and Maintenance

MyBuddyHome may carry out reasonable cleaning, maintenance and inspection activities during a guest's stay.

Where access to a private room is required, reasonable notice will normally be provided except in emergencies or where immediate access is reasonably necessary to protect people or property.

Guests must report maintenance problems or damage as soon as reasonably possible.

14. Utilities and Internet

Utilities and Wi-Fi are provided as part of the accommodation where stated in the booking information.

Internet performance may vary due to technical issues, service-provider interruptions or circumstances outside MyBuddyHome's reasonable control.

15. Breakfast

Where breakfast is included with a reservation, the specific breakfast arrangement will be communicated to the guest.

Breakfast availability may be subject to reasonable schedules and operational circumstances.

16. Pricing and Payment

The applicable accommodation price is the price displayed or otherwise agreed at the time of booking.

Any applicable taxes, fees or additional charges will be communicated to the guest where required.

Payment must be made according to the payment method and schedule communicated during the booking process.

A reservation may not be considered confirmed until any required payment or deposit has been received and the reservation has been confirmed by MyBuddyHome.

17. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund rights are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy applicable to the reservation.

Where a booking has specific cancellation or refund conditions, those conditions will be communicated to the guest before confirmation.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

18. Changes to a Reservation

Requests to change dates, guest numbers or other booking details are subject to availability and approval.

A change to the reservation may result in a change to the total price.

A reservation is not changed until MyBuddyHome confirms the requested change.

19. Early Departure

If a guest chooses to leave before the agreed end date, the refund, if any, will be determined according to the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy and the terms agreed for the reservation.

Leaving the accommodation early does not automatically create a right to a refund for unused nights.

20. Right to Refuse or Terminate a Stay

MyBuddyHome may refuse or terminate a reservation or stay where reasonably necessary because of:

• Serious violation of these Terms or House Rules
• Illegal activity
• Threatening or abusive behavior
• Serious disturbance to other residents or neighbors
• Significant property damage
• Exceeding the permitted occupancy
• Failure to make required payments

Where appropriate, MyBuddyHome will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect people, property or comply with applicable law.

21. Safety and Emergencies

Guests must follow reasonable safety instructions provided by MyBuddyHome.

Emergency exits, safety equipment and other safety facilities must not be blocked, damaged or misused.

Guests should immediately report safety concerns or emergencies to MyBuddyHome or the appropriate emergency services.

22. Privacy

Personal information provided during booking and stay will be handled according to the Privacy Policy of MyBuddyHome.

Guests should review the Privacy Policy before making a reservation.

23. Availability and Circumstances Beyond Our Control

MyBuddyHome will make reasonable efforts to provide the accommodation and facilities described in the reservation.

However, circumstances such as serious maintenance problems, utility failures, natural events, government restrictions, emergencies or other events outside reasonable control may affect accommodation or facilities.

Where such circumstances occur, MyBuddyHome will take reasonable steps to minimize disruption and communicate with affected guests.

24. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information, photographs, descriptions and availability displayed on the website are accurate.

Minor differences in furniture, decoration, views or layout may occur over time.

Photographs of shared areas, including Pyramid views, represent the general character of the property and do not guarantee a particular view from inside a private suite unless specifically stated.

25. Changes to These Terms

MyBuddyHome may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version applicable to a reservation will generally be the version communicated or made available when the reservation is confirmed, subject to applicable law.

26. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Egyptian law and the jurisdiction of the competent courts, subject to any mandatory rights or protections applicable to the guest.
